We are a major direct mail company based in London. We are after a heavyweight to help roll out and develop the new teams which have been restructured following our recent investment in GMC - we see this as the first stage in completely revolutionising our business and require a visionary individual to work closely with two others to develop the teams. The whole structure of the business is undergoing fundamental re-evaluation and what we need is someone with the ability to manage projects, motivate and inspire. We already have extensive software systems including Xmpie, Cygnus and PReS and are in the process of moving our Direct Mail, Digital and corporate transactional teams across to GMC - the kit ranges from black & white digital to full Xerox 980s.
