At Elliot Marsh we endeavour to offer the best possible service to all candidates, including those in sales, customer service, production, estimating and senior management.

We can also provide a confidential and highly-focused service to exceptional individuals. This service is offered as a mark of our dedication and professionalism and is in complete contrast to the common perception of recruitment companies as "reactive CV-shunters".

In return for the opportunity to represent each candidate on an exclusive basis, we will come out and meet each individual for a detailed, thorough interview. In consultation with each individual we put together a profile on them and compile a "wish-list" or target-list of companies which they would like us to approach on their behalf. No identifiable details are revealed at each initial approach; our experienced print recruiters are all skilled at engaging the interest of a client while giving a minimum of information. No companies are contacted without prior authorisation by the candidate.

Each step of the recruitment process is fully transparent and we offer each individual full coaching in terms of interview skills, tendering resignations and handling counter-offers.
